Requirements

  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job clearly and precisely.
  • Thorough knowledge of Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP).
  • Able to handle situations involving sensitive issues with professionalism and tact.
  • Capable of quickly accessing a situation and making appropriate decisions.
  • Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
  • Able to compute rates and percentages.
  • Skilled in the use of software programs such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.
  • This position requires the individual to perform the entire shift while standing.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors and expedites the flow of job orders within or between departments to ensure prompt progress of goods to conform with production schedules and on time delivery to customers.
  • Confers with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates.
  • Serve as a link between quality, engineering, customer service, production control and manufacturing to provide feedback on potential bottleneck areas.
  • Prepare daily documentation and reports on progress of work and production issues.
  • Participate in production meetings.
  • Awareness of factory problems, situations, and current production schedule.
  • Oversee and monitor the production floor to ensure departments are following dispatches accordingly to meet customer satisfaction goals.
  • Assist in staging and transfer of product and will support standard good handling practices.
  • Capable of maintaining expected levels of productivity for assigned tasks.
  • Ability to understand and utilize required computer programs in daily work assignments.
  • Knowledgeable of all job related standard operating procedures relative to assigned function.
  • Proficient in meeting all Company Quality Standards required for job function.
  • Complies with all Company Safety Regulations and maintain a clean, non-hazardous work environment.
  • Possesses a cooperative attitude and be able to deal effectively with co-workers, supervision and job-related contacts.
  • Practice proper lifting techniques at all times.
  • Must have very good concentration and must be able remain focused with minor interruptions.
