Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Clear communication and teamwork with cooks, servers, and managers.
  • A passion for great food, hospitality, and doing things the right way.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and most holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior kitchen or expediting experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure every plate meets Cattlemens’ presentation and recipe standards before it leaves the kitchen.
  • Verify that food is cooked correctly and served at the proper temperature — hot food hot, cold food cold.
  • Set up trays and organize ticket flow to ensure orders are delivered quickly and accurately.
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth, efficient operations.
  • Support a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment.
  • Take pride in helping deliver a four-star experience to every guest.
