About The Position

Via is using technology to transform transportation around the world, from improving individual commutes to reducing the collective environmental footprint. The Expansion Associate launches new Via markets and supports the day-to-day management and success of partner deployments, with exposure to operations, entrepreneurship, product, and business development. The role requires willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and a record of exceptional academic achievement.
0–2 years of work experience.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, take responsibility, and work independently.
High attention to detail; meticulous and vigilant.
Problem-solving ability and a willingness to find creative solutions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt tone appropriately.
Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

Launch new Via deployments and take ownership of executing every aspect of new deployments on time and at the highest possible quality.
Contribute to strategic decision-making, rigorous project planning, and the entrepreneurial work required to establish Via operations in a new market.
Serve as the main point of contact for partners, helping them develop and grow fully operational on-demand transit systems.
Manage product expectations and development, ensuring the engineering team receives the feedback needed to build the best product possible.
Use Via’s operational and marketing knowledge to help partners get the most out of its technology.
Interpret and use large quantities of proprietary data to generate insights and business recommendations that support partner service success.
