About The Position

The Expanded Services (XS) Support Manager role is a full-time position that supports multi specialists including General Anesthesia, Oral Surgery and Endodontic. This position reports directly to the Regional Director of Operations. This position covers Texas and surrouding cities. The XS Support Manager's responsibilities include but not limited to provider onboarding and preparation of new doctors and new office starts, doctor scheduling, achieving revenue expectations and meeting program metrics and goals. This position requires a minimum of 60% travel local and out of state. The expectation is to support the program from within an office across the assigned regions a minimum of 3 days a week or as business needs dictate.

  • Graduation from an accredited university or experience equivalent to:
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a professional role in addition to
  • Minimum of (2) year's dental office or dental related experience with Benevis or an outside dental practice.
  • Demonstrated supervisory ability and experience with training other dental professionals is strongly preferred.
  • No performance management concerns within the last 12 months
  • A recommendation from your direct supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Achieve RPD (revenue per day) and PPD (patients per day) targets to company plan or outlook for each area of specialty
  • Meet targeted monthly scheduled doctor days by specialty
  • Support and management of the Expanded Services Schedule Coordinator role in collaboration with Office Managers, District Managers and Regional Director
  • Manage processes and best practices to support scheduling and show rate expectations
  • Provide concierge style support to all XS doctors and independent contractors to align with XS Program initiatives
  • Overnight travel essential to meet program expectations or office support needs.
  • Maintain the ability to prioritize and self-direct work within a remote working environment
  • Build collaborative partnerships with offices and clinical leadership to support the program and achieve results
  • Design, implementation, and communication of XS Best Practices and Guidelines to provide the necessary support to office teams and XSCs to meet forecasts and goals.
  • Oversight of XSCs and XS scheduling practices in collaboration with OMs and area leaders
  • Ensure proper staffing is provided to support XS Doctors.
  • Support and facilitate necessary training for offices and office staff to achieve desired metrics and revenue goals.
  • Support compliance alignment for XS to ensure offices are adhering to Benevis and all government regulations, including HIPPA and Non-Medicaid Covered Services regulations for both KS XS doctors and independent contractors.
  • Responsible for follow up of unsigned charts, required documentation and required upload of documents.
  • Responsible at the program level for collections for each region inclusive of PA training for offices and XSC's to validate processes for office collections specific to each specialty.
  • Ability to understand and clearly communicate payer and regulatory information such as payer reimbursement rates, fee schedules, service limitations by payer, and board requirements and regulations by state.
  • Hold staff to the highest integrity by adhering to all government regulations, company standards, and company compliance programs.
  • Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed.
  • Support the addition of all New Expanded Services doctors by training and preparing the office and staff.
  • May require onsite support in partnership with local leadership
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and follow up are necessary for successful onboarding.
