About The Position

The Expanded Learning Facilitator position is responsible for providing an educational environment for students in grades Pre-Kindergarten to 3rd grade. The role involves facilitating learning activities and ensuring a nurturing and challenging environment where all children can reach their full potential. Initial salary placement is determined by relevant experience, ranging from Step 1 to Step 3 of the hourly scale. The position is for 215 days per school year, with daily hours from 11:00 AM to 4:45 PM.

Requirements

• Graduation from high school or equivalent.
• Experience in an educational environment with Pre-Kindergarten to 3rd grade students is desirable.
• A work history demonstrating dependability, reliability, and good attendance is required.
• Current District-approved First Aid & CPR Certification required.

• First Aid & CPR Certification (CPR and First Aid courses must be in accordance with the curriculum of the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Hands-on and blended courses will be accepted. A BLS certificate alone does not meet the CPR/First Aid requirement. In addition to BLS, you must attach a First Aid Certificate. No online certification will be accepted.)
