We are seeking Part-Time or Full-Time Expanded Duties Dental Assistants who are friendly, team-oriented, willing to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. Full-Time: Danville: Monday – Thursday | 6:50 AM – 4:00 PM Harrodsburg: Wednesday – Thursday | 7:50 AM – 5:00 PM Enjoy a consistent 4-day work week with Fridays off! Part-Time: Danville: 6:50 AM – 4:00 PM (2–3 days per week) Harrodsburg: 7:50 AM – 5:00 PM (2–3 days per week) As an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant at Harrodsburg Kids Dentistry and Danville Kids Dentistry, you will: Assist chairside with expanded duties Perform x-rays and coronal polishing Support our pediatric dental offices with various tasks Welcome patients to the dental office. Locations: Danville Pediatric Dentistry & Harrodsburg Kids Dentistry (7 minutes apart). Flexibility to work at both is a requirement.
Requirements
- Excellent attendance and a team player
- Great with children and able to communicate effectively
- Holds required certifications: X-Ray, Coronal Polishing, Expanded Duties Dental Assistant, CPR
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certifications: X-Ray, Coronal Polishing, CPR, EDDA
- Attributes: Fun, motivated, child-friendly, cooperative, communicative, energetic, capable of multitasking, and prioritizing in a fast-paced setting
Responsibilities
- Assist chairside with expanded duties
- Perform x-rays and coronal polishing
- Support our pediatric dental offices with various tasks
- Welcome patients to the dental office
