About The Position

Woodland Park Dental Group is seeking an experienced Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) to join their highly rated family dental practice full-time. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working as an EDDA in general dentistry
• X-Ray Certification required
• Active CPR/BLS Certification required

Nice To Haves

• Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Genuinely welcome patients into the practice
• A thorough review and update of the patient's health history
• Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies as needed for each operatory
• Sterilization of instruments according to OSHA regulations
• Assist the dentist chairside with four-handed dentistry
• Place fillings, fabricate temp crowns, pack cord and seat temp crowns
• Assist with ordering and stocking supplies
