About The Position

In this role, you will support overall supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth logistics operations and timely order fulfillment. The position coordinates and tracks shipments, manages inventory and stock replenishment, and works with procurement, warehouse, and transportation teams to resolve logistics issues and improve processes.

The role is with Honeywell Aerospace Electronic Materials and Solutions (EDS), which delivers electronic components and materials for aerospace, defense, and industrial applications. Candidates must meet U.S. Person requirements due to U.S. export control laws and regulations: U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or an individual with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics or supply chain operations within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and shipment coordination processes.
• Familiarity with logistics software and tools used for tracking and managing shipments.
• Ability to analyze logistics data to identify and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined in the job description: a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or an individual with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
