Exercise Planner
About The Position
As an Exercise Planner on Booz Allen’s Experiential Analytics practice, you will help government clients develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of plans and procedures. You will create realistic exercise content and scenarios using technology to help clients explore threats, gaps, and risks, test real-world decision-making, and develop recommendations with lasting mission impact. You will collaborate with wargame analysts, operations researchers, and senior leadership on critical-mission projects. Booz Allen offers opportunities to build skills through training programs in wargame and exercise design, event planning and facilitation, and continuity of operations.
Requirements
- Experience supporting joint military exercises, training events, or wargames.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and the Office 365 environment.
- Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Joint and Multinational exercise design.
- Ability to take an exercise from concept through planning and execution in coordination with the client.
