About The Position

Aretum is seeking an Exercise Planner / Collection Manager to support Air Operations Center (AOC) intelligence and collection management operations. This role involves coordinating ISR planning, prioritizing intelligence requirements, and synchronizing collection activities to meet operational objectives and Air Operations Directive (AOD) guidance. The position requires expertise in AOC collection management processes, theater and coalition collection platforms, and intelligence operations to develop collection plans, ISR synchronization products, and reconnaissance tasking. The role will support exercises, contingency operations, and liaison activities in a joint or multi-service environment. Employees may handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must comply with safeguarding and compliance requirements.

Requirements

Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance Required.
Associate's degree and 3 years minimum experience as CAOC/AOC CM, MAJCOM CM, or CM in a joint environment.
3 years of experience as an ISR Analyst, mentor, or instructor.
Three years of current experience with AOC CM processes and TTPs, including capabilities and limitations of theater collection platforms.
Knowledge in coalition and multiservice collection platforms and processes.
Understanding of ISR operations planning, tasking, execution, and coordination within and outside the AOC.
Experience with Microsoft Office and CM systems including PRISM and RMS.
Participation in two or more AOC/Joint exercises as CM, ISRLO, SIDO, or ISARC, or as a CM Mentor, OR participation as CM as part of an AOC white or Replication cell.
Experience as an exercise designer/planner/director (HD).
NAF-level experience.
Must be a U.S. citizen and currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

Support Air Operations Center (AOC) intelligence and collection management operations.
Coordinate ISR planning, prioritize intelligence requirements, and synchronize collection activities to support operational objectives and AOD guidance.
Develop collection plans, ISR synchronization products, and reconnaissance tasking.
Support exercises, contingency operations, and liaison activities in a joint or multi-service environment.
Understand doctrinal AOC intelligence cell processes, including all-source intelligence analysis and production of intelligence products.
Ensure AOC RC intelligence replication requirements are prioritized, validated, and satisfied from available collection platforms.
Conduct ISR planning in coordination with other AOC RC SMEs/white force and service LNOs.
Produce prioritized collection lists/tasks, ISR Synchronization Matrix, and RSTA Annex based on requirements and AOD guidance.
Include any cross-cueing guidance required between replicated or white force internal and external agencies.
Participate in exercise deliberate planning and execution at home station or TDY location, or serve as the AOC LNO.
Handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements.
