About The Position
Responsible for the day-to-day implementation and follow-up case management for patients in Cardiac Rehab. Provides individualized rehabilitation programs to meet patients’ personal and family needs. The position is responsible for outpatient classes and requires an understanding of cardiovascular disease. The role assesses patients’ physical, psychosocial, and educational needs on admission, sets realistic goals, individualizes plans of care, performs no invasive cardiology tests, and documents patient care assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in EP or a related exercise science field.
- AHA BLS certification.
- Understanding of cardiovascular disease.
Responsibilities
