About The Position
Scheurer Health Cardiac Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Exercise Physiologist to provide direct and indirect patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology
- Experience in a Cardiac unit or equivalent
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) card
- All licenses and certifications must remain current
Responsibilities
- Communicate with patients/families and medical professionals
- Performs assessment, interventions, and evaluations on all patients throughout their course of rehab
- Develops and revises care plans as needed
- Assures that all documentation of patient is informative and descriptive of care provided and patients response to treatment
