Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing is responsible for leading the Company's sales, marketing, business development, branding, demand generation, and customer growth strategies. This executive role provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all revenue-generating functions, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, operations, and corporate objectives. The EVP, Sales & Marketing develops and executes enterprise-wide growth strategies that increase market share, drive revenue, expand customer relationships, and strengthen brand positioning. This position leads the development of scalable sales and marketing infrastructure, demand generation programs, account-based marketing initiatives, digital marketing strategies, customer acquisition programs, and market expansion efforts. The EVP works closely with Operations, Finance, Product Development, and Executive Leadership to identify growth opportunities, develop new service offerings, optimize customer experience, and ensure the organization achieves its strategic and financial objectives.
