About The Position

This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and drive the delivery of large-scale, multi-site brand implementation projects. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for customer-facing project management divisions, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. The role involves leading senior leaders, enhancing client satisfaction, and implementing scalable processes to support consistent and high-quality project execution. You will oversee financial performance, revenue growth, and margin improvement while collaborating across functions to achieve organizational goals. Ideal candidates are strategic thinkers with extensive experience in multi-site rollout programs, project management, and operational leadership, capable of balancing big-picture vision with detailed execution. This position allows for flexible location options, including remote work for the right candidate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in project management, operations, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in multi-site rollout programs, signage, brand maintenance, or similar customer-facing project environments.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive operational excellence and measurable business results.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and tools; PMP certification is a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel locally, regionally, or nationally as required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor senior project management leaders, driving accountability and performance across multiple divisions.
  • Define and execute enterprise-wide project management strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
  • Oversee large-scale, multi-site programs to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of brand implementation projects.
  • Manage P&L responsibility for assigned divisions, setting and achieving revenue, margin, and operational targets.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs for project performance, client satisfaction, and cost efficiency.
  • Partner with executive leadership on long-term planning, acquisitions integration, and enterprise initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while capitalizing on opportunities for process improvements and revenue growth.
