This role will spearhead the ongoing digital transformation of operations - enhancing digital workflows, project management capabilities, and team accountability through training and leadership. You'll play a key role in helping the agency harness the power of AI and technology to improve speed, accuracy, and operational efficiency. You'll ensure our work is not only visionary, but also flexible, scalable, efficient, and consistently excellent. Since there are no one-size-fits-all solutions, this role demands a thoughtful problem solver who can help teams think creatively about how to deliver for clients based on their unique needs, challenges, and goals. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands the power of integration - connecting people, processes, and platforms to unlock better outcomes for clients and patients alike. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring operational efficiency, mitigating risk, resolving delivery challenges, and mentoring a high-performing team of project managers.
