The ideal candidate is an established nuclear industry leader with a strong commercial track record, an extensive network of executive relationships, and the ability to turn emerging project opportunities into sustainable revenue growth. The role focuses on commercial growth, strategic account development, and expanding nuclear services capabilities. It offers remote work flexibility and a national leadership scope, with national travel as business needs require.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of nuclear new plant development, construction execution, project schedules, and workforce resource planning.
  • Familiarity with small modular reactors, advanced reactor technologies, and the evolving nuclear development market.
  • Proven ability to develop commercial strategies, build strategic partnerships, and lead teams responsible for business growth and service delivery.
  • Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and ability to influence decision-makers across complex organizations.
  • Willingness to travel nationally as business needs require.
  • A proven commercial track record and an active network within the nuclear industry are essential; experience limited to plant operations, outage execution, QA/QC, or NDT leadership is not the primary target.

  • Lead complex pursuits, contract negotiations, strategic partnerships, and account development initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Align engineering, technical services, and workforce solutions with customer project schedules, construction plans, and resource requirements.
  • Build and lead high-performing commercial and technical teams capable of supporting large-scale nuclear programs nationwide.
  • Collaborate with organizational leadership to establish growth priorities, evaluate market opportunities, and scale the business to meet industry demand.
