This role is for the Executive Vice President, UHS and President, Behavioral Health Division, reporting to the President & Chief Executive Officer of UHS. The position has direct responsibility for driving the strategy, operations, and profitable growth for the $7.6 billion behavioral health services business. The President, Behavioral Health Division will manage a high-performance organization, maintain a culture of operational excellence, service, and clinical quality, and oversee a distributed team. This leader will provide credible and inspiring leadership by developing and articulating a compelling vision and demonstrating dedication to best practice business execution. The role requires a focus on all operational aspects of the business, including the integration of Talkspace, and driving other growth initiatives. Effective communication throughout the organization is essential, balancing business plan needs with long-term value creation.
