This role offers knowledge of guest service fundamentals, building a guest-first culture, retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions), experience setting and planning department workload, managing teams to achieve sales goals, managing multiple specialty businesses, understanding competitors, and experience managing hourly team members and leaders. The role involves creating business-specific strategies and goals, recruiting, selecting, and talent management.
