This role involves leading a team of HR Experts and Team Leaders (where applicable) committed to supporting teams and leaders in building a sales force passionate about exceeding guests’ expectations and creating a workplace where teams love to work. As an Executive Team Leader HR, most of the time is spent with the team and on the sales floor, acting as a consultant to peers and continuously propelling the business forward. The position offers experience in creating and managing HR strategies and goals, delivering results through the team, reading financial reporting and interpreting data, knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, skills in recruiting, selecting, and talent management of hourly team members and leaders, and the ability to support business leaders by coaching and consulting them in growing the business and selecting and developing their teams. It also requires the ability to influence across various levels and partners within the organization.
