The Executive Team Leader HR is responsible for championing change, proactively removing roadblocks, and building diverse and inclusive talent strategies to achieve Target's guest-centric mission. This role involves leading a team of HR Experts and Team Leaders to support store teams and leaders in building a passionate sales force and a positive work environment. A significant portion of time is spent on the sales floor, acting as a consultant to peers and driving business improvements. The role offers opportunities to gain experience in HR strategy, financial reporting, employment law, talent management, and coaching leaders. It is a dynamic role where no two days are the same, involving a mix of team interaction, sales floor presence, and strategic HR functions.
