As an Executive Team Leader HR, most of the time is spent with the team and on the sales floor, acting as a consultant to peers and identifying ways to continuously propel the business forward. Target believes in providing team members with meaningful experiences to build and develop skills for a career. This role offers experience in creating and managing HR strategies and goals, delivering results through the team, reading financial reporting and interpreting data, knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, skills in recruiting, selecting, and talent management of hourly team members and leaders, ability to support business leaders through coaching and consulting, and the ability to influence across all levels and partners.
