About The Position

JBW Federal is a subsidiary company of the Kanaka Foundation - An NHO who's mission is to support Native Hawaiians. JBW is seeking an Executive Support professional in the Scott AFB, IL area. Executive Support provides executive-level support to senior government and organizational leadership across multiple directorates. Coordinates meetings, taskings, communications, governance activities, and executive deliverables to ensure requirements are organized, tracked, and completed on time.

Requirements

3+ years of executive, program, administrative, or organizational support experience.
Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and short suspense requirements.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Ability to work professionally with senior leaders, government personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Active Secret Security Clearance is required
Must be a US Citizen and pass a background check
Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC'S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s)

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting senior government or military leadership.
Department of Defense or federal government experience.
Experience with executive correspondence, task management, governance, or program coordination.
Familiarity with enterprise IT or IT service management.

Responsibilities

Support senior leadership with meetings, calendars, agendas, briefings, and executive engagements.
Prepare and coordinate executive correspondence, presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
Track leadership taskings, suspense dates, action items, and organizational priorities.
Coordinate requirements and information across multiple directorates, teams, and stakeholders.
Support executive boards, working groups, governance activities, and recurring leadership meetings.
Consolidate and quality-check inputs for executive review and decision-making.
Monitor outstanding actions and coordinate follow-up to ensure timely completion.
Maintain executive-level schedules, trackers, records, and supporting documentation.
Identify issues, conflicts, or overdue actions requiring leadership attention.
Perform other executive support and coordination duties as required.
