This is not a traditional administrative position. As the Executive Support Specialist, you will work directly with the CEO to help drive the growth and success of the organization. You will support business development activities, coordinate strategic projects, manage critical information, and help ensure opportunities move forward efficiently. You will thrive in this role if you enjoy variety, can quickly learn new concepts, and are comfortable taking ownership of projects with minimal direction. No task is too small or too large when it contributes to the company's success. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, and enjoys working behind the scenes to help a team and organization succeed.
