Meet the Team Core to the health and growth of our business, Millennium’s Information Technology organization builds the flexible, scalable platforms and advanced proprietary systems that support the firm’s active, multi-manager model. Within this organization, the Executive Services Support team delivers high-touch technology support for senior leaders and other VIP users, helping ensure a reliable, seamless experience across devices, collaboration tools, office environments, and critical business interactions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in VIP or executive support, trading floor support, or desktop engineering, with a strong record of delivering white-glove service
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows 11 and macOS environments
  • Experience using AI platforms to support research, automation, and documentation workflows
  • Hands-on experience with video conferencing platforms and conference room technology solutions
  • Experience with mobile device management tools such as Intune and BlackBerry, along with core networking knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills
  • Experience supporting Bloomberg, Refinitiv Eikon, and other financial services applications
  • Outstanding communication, professionalism, and judgment, with the ability to work onsite in Midtown Manhattan, participate in an on-call rotation, and support fast-moving executive needs

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for executive technology support across the office, home office, and travel environments
  • Own executive meeting readiness, including VC and AV setup for Zoom, Webex, boardrooms, webcasts, town halls, and rapid onsite troubleshooting
  • Manage and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and executive peripherals across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments
  • Support core productivity and identity tools including O365, Exchange, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, multifactor authentication, SSO, Webex, and Zoom
  • Support key financial services applications such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv Eikon, Microsoft Office, in-house applications, and PDF tools, coordinating with vendors as needed
  • Proactively monitor critical endpoints and partner with engineering teams to identify, escalate, and resolve emerging or ongoing issues
  • Maintain executive-ready spares, travel kits, and loaner equipment, while managing rapid replacements and warranty or repair logistics
  • Document fixes, runbooks, and checklists, track service trends and SLAs, communicate technical impact clearly, and participate in on-call support for time-sensitive events and early market hours
