The Executive Stewarding Manager will be responsible for overseeing back of house kitchen operations related to cleanliness, sanitation and Stewarding staff. This role ensures compliance with health regulation and supports Food and Beverage operations by managing dishwashing, Banquet/Restaurant food prep and delivery, while delivering an excellent guest experience. The Executive Stewarding Manager will forecast, plan, and manage all food and beverage and equipment orders and staff. This person will maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and team member engagement.
