In it's reimagining, the 407 room downtown hotel recalls a grand European home. This individual is a crucial part of the kitchen. This person knows that a successful culinary experience can only be created with sanitized and well-maintained equipment and facilities. Their primary role is to maintain a clean kitchen, properly organize the restaurant and back of house area, and assists with the preparation of food as need.

Requirements

  • Efficient personality
  • Ability to maintain multiple projects and high priority needs as required

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload dishwashing machines
  • Wash specific items by hand (e.g wooden cutting boards, large pots and delicate china)
  • Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment accordingly
  • Ensure there are enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensil, especially during peak hours
  • Check washing machines’ operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues
