Reporting to the General Manager, the Executive Sous Chef will support the development of new concepts, create standardized recipes, manage food costs, and maintain a strong brand presence. This role involves upholding internal controls, ensuring the quality, consistency, and hygiene of products and equipment, allocating resources, training kitchen staff, systemizing daily functions, and maintaining efficient kitchen operations.
