The Club Location is Gentle Creek Country Club in Prosper, TX. Arcis Golf team members thrive on anticipating needs, forging connections, and elevating experiences for our team, members, and guests. We’re looking for a skilled and organized Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations, maintain high food quality standards, and help lead the culinary team. The Sous Chef assists the Head Chef with food preparation, inventory management, staff supervision, and ensuring a clean, efficient kitchen environment.
Requirements
- Previous kitchen leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible schedule, including nights
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and plating menu items
- Supervise kitchen staff during service
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Help manage inventory, ordering, and food costs
- Train and support line cooks and prep staff
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
