Requirements
- Prior hotel experience
- Prior union management experience
- Previous experience managing a larger team under a collective bargaining agreement
- High volume multioutlet experience
- Computer and Microsoft Office literacy
- Ability to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Previous kitchen leadership experience of 3+ years (Chef de Cuisine, Senior Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef)

- Assisting in the direction and administration of all hotel culinary operations.
