The Country Club at DC Ranch is seeking a Full-Time Executive Sous Chef to join their team. This position will assist and supervise daily kitchen operations across all outlets, with a primary focus on the Clubhouse kitchen. The Executive Sous Chef will be responsible for training the team and assisting/coaching all culinary staff to ensure food is prepared, executed, and presented according to Club standards. In the absence of the Executive Chef, the Executive Sous Chef will assume responsibility for the operation of all kitchen staff.
