Under the direct supervision of the Executive Chef and Dining Services Director, to perform general and specific cooking duties, supervising, training, and scheduling cooks and kitchen workers. This position is based in the back of the house kitchen and storeroom and involves using standard restaurant equipment such as knives, ovens, steamers, meat slicers, and scales.
