As an Executive Sous Chef, you will play a key leadership role in supporting the culinary operations of a dynamic K–12 school dining program at Mercersburg Academy. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will assist with daily food production, menu development, catering execution, inventory management, and the supervision of hourly kitchen associates. This role presents an outstanding opportunity to lead culinary excellence and make a meaningful impact on the dining experience of approximately 450 students and staff. It is ideal for an upbeat, motivated culinary professional with a passion for scratch cooking, creativity, and delivering high standards of food quality and presentation.
