About The Position

Flower Child, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, is hiring an Executive Sous Chef. The role involves managing restaurant shifts and operations in a high-volume environment, supporting memorable guest experiences, maintaining product quality and cleanliness, and coaching and developing the restaurant team. The position requires an understanding of business operations and financials, food ingredients, and digital reservation and POS systems. Applications will be accepted until December 1, 2026. Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of business operations and financials.
• Understanding of the flavors, aromas, and characteristics of food ingredients.
• Understanding of POS systems and OpenTable or other digital/online reservation systems.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage shifts, including daily decision-making, scheduling, and planning.
• Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Manage on-the-fly requests with ease and poise.
