This role requires deep experience in Asian cuisine and sushi preparation, partnering closely with the Executive Chef and operations teams to deliver fresh, high‑quality food at scale. The Executive Sous Chef helps drive consistency, creativity, and operational excellence across café service and catered events while fostering a collaborative and inclusive kitchen culture.
