Requirements

Background in security, hospitality, or high-end client service
Strong understanding of access control and security operations
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and situational awareness
Ability to operate independently while maintaining composure in all scenarios

Manage access control, credentialing, and visitor verification with strict adherence to policy
Maintain awareness of all individuals entering and exiting the space
Identify and address anomalies with discretion and professionalism

Engage high-profile guests and executives with confidentiality and tact
Read environments and adapt communication style accordingly
