About The Position

This is a 12-Month Executive Secretary position at La Grande School. The role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as strong oral and written communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a motivated self-starter, and capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking. A high level of proficiency in computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel), is required. Experience with IEP Direct and Power School, proficiency with Google Documents, and experience with budgeting and purchase order processes are preferred qualifications for this role.
