As the Executive Search Partner you are the strategic talent partner responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring seniorlevel executives across Arcâteryx. You excel in Executive communication and collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team and executive leaders to continuously evolve the global executive talent acquisition process. Leveraging your network, tools and cross functional relationships, you will support roadmap planning and development of our executive talent pipelines. You drive best in class experiences for our Executives â from candidate selection, interviews, reporting metrics, and tailored in person experiences. Small details and big picture thinking are your strengths and enable you to continuously improve the way we work. Your portfolio spans Corporate HQâs (Vancouver & Portland) and support for regional functions (NAM, EMEA and APAC). Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, you will work with a collaborative team of energetic global recruiters who are focused on attracting and selecting the very best candidates while ensuring incredible candidate experience. throughout their journeys.
