About The Position

Accurate Personnel is seeking an experienced Executive Search Manager to lead a team of 3-5 direct-hire recruiters. This role involves managing the team, organizing recruitment orders, supporting other Accurate teams, and filling high-priority orders personally. The day-to-day activities include collaborating with the direct-hire team and other Accurate Personnel teams to allocate resources and delegate tasks. A significant portion of the role will be dedicated to active recruiting, coordinating interviews, providing feedback, and managing offers. The ideal candidate will exemplify strong client communication and direct-hire placement skills, leading by example. Requirements

  • 2-4 or more years successfully recruiting for skilled and Direct-Hire roles.
  • 2-4 years Experience managing a team of recruiting based professionals.
  • Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff.
  • Must be proficient in Google Suite and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical, organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under time constraints is required.
  • Must possess strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Drives growth of direct hire portfolio of clients
  • Manages the direct hire team to achieve company goals and fill client’s direct hire needs.
  • Manage the full cycle of job orders from client engagement through offer acceptance
  • Utilize multiple resources with marketing to maximize candidate engagement
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to build trust and loyalty.
  • Execute successful search strategies; source and qualify top-tier candidates, matching them for existing open roles and preparing them for presentation to our clients
  • Skill market top candidates into competitor companies.
  • Debrief clients and candidates throughout the selection process to successfully negotiate a position offer.
  • Use applicant tracking to track sourcing program success and measure the effectiveness of strategies, pipelines, conversions, and offers.
  • Provide reporting and regular status updates to leadership and hiring managers, as required.
  • Accountable for following processes in accordance with policies, practices, and other legal requirements.
  • Adheres to company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, interviews, and presentations.
  • Manage offer negotiations and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of executive talent across key industries and functions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for a high-profile strategic client.
  • Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and hiring strategy recommendations.
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through proactive communication and consistent delivery.
  • Lead regular business reviews and provide updates on search progress and hiring trends.
  • Generate revenue through successful search placements and expansion of existing client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts.
  • Develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
  • Meet or exceed individual revenue and performance goals.
  • Partner with leadership to develop growth strategies and expand market presence.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, recruiting processes, and market intelligence.
  • Managed multiple interview invitations using Google Meet and Zoom, coordinating schedules across multiple time zones nationwide.
  • Conducted introductory interviews with both clients and candidates to assess qualifications, establish rapport, and ensure alignment with hiring needs.
  • Maintained a high volume of professional email communication, providing timely follow-up, scheduling updates, and exceptional customer service throughout the interview process.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professionalism while managing competing priorities and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
