BHC is seeking a highly strategic, research-driven Executive Search Analyst to support senior and executive-level hiring across the organization. This hourly role serves as the intelligence and operational backbone of BHC’s executive talent function, partnering closely with the leadership and executive recruitment team to map, engage, and track leadership talent across hospitality, food & beverage, lifestyle, and luxury industries. BHC’s executive talent function operates proactively rather than reactively. The team continuously builds relationships, maps leadership talent, and tracks market movement regardless of whether an immediate opening exists. This is not a transactional recruiting coordination role. The ideal candidate is deeply curious about people, organizations, industry movement, and leadership dynamics. They are equal parts researcher, talent strategist, and operational partner, capable of uncovering high-impact talent while building systems, dashboards, and intelligence that compound over time. The Executive Search Analyst will support searches for leadership and Executive positions across BHC’s properties and home office functions.
