Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales Management-or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3+ years of direct aircraft sales, aircraft brokerage, or business aviation sales experience.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding aircraft sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of aircraft valuation, pre‑buys, and transaction structures.
  • A robust aviation network (owners, operators, brokers, lenders, MROs, etc.).
  • Proven ability to independently generate leads and close complex, high‑value deals.
  • Exceptional negotiation, CRM discipline, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Part 91/135 operations, MRO relationships, or fleet groups.
  • Familiarity with key industry platforms: Controller, Amstat, Jetnet, Aircraft Post, Aircraft Exchange, etc.
  • Ability to assess logbooks, maintenance status, and competitive comps.
  • A self‑directed, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth by proactively securing brokerage listings and acquisition agreements.
  • Own the entire aircraft sales lifecycle-valuation, pricing, marketing, negotiation, and closing.
  • Market and sell both Elliott Jets' inventory and client listings with precision and speed.
  • Identify off‑market opportunities and emerging customer needs.
  • Craft and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue, margin, and inventory goals.
  • Represent Elliott Jets at conferences, industry events, and networking venues nationwide.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless client experiences and accurate documentation.
  • Stay sharp with ongoing market intelligence, competitor insights, and aircraft value trends.
