About The Position

Assist the CEO in driving sales growth through his various sales channels by managing orders, communication, project deadlines, and generating additional revenue by building off current accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Microsoft office experience, especially including excel
  • Maintain a positive, solutions focused attitude
  • Ability to use good judgement and keep client information confidential
  • Deliver consistent excellent customer service to internal/external customers, colleagues and management

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the order process of orders placed by the CEO, including processing orders, invoicing and communicating with external partners on payment status, and communicating partner expectations and order details to operations team, including timelines, prioritization, and incoming order volume.
  • Assist in account partnership development with teams, brands, and stores to grow the ISlide customer base and generate sales.
  • Identify and pursue new accounts such as sport teams, brands, and retailers.
  • Create digital mockups and virtual proofs of customer ideas, replying to CEO with urgency when requested.
  • Support the management of account relationships through providing accurate and complete customer account information.
  • Create, analyze, and present sales reports based on account and category performance.
  • Coordinate with sales team to execute new initiatives.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
