About The Position

The Executive Sales Administrator is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong technical aptitude and a service-minded approach to supporting sales operations. This role provides administrative support and coordinates sales analyst reporting activities across multiple sales divisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar administrative or sales support role, strong business acumen, excellent follow-up skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor. This individual should be proactive, dependable, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure information is accurate, timely, and well-communicated.

  • 3+ years’ experience with an analysis and administrative background
  • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret various related documents including sales data/metrics, human resource material and marketing materials.
  • If hired, must be able to verify eligibility to work in the United States and pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately review and prepare monthly commission reports for approval by Sales Director
  • Perform various data mining/report management for sales analytics and reporting purposes
  • Support and interface with the lead generation team
  • Must have the maturity and discretion to be able to work with sensitive and confidential information
  • Assist Multiple Territory Sales Managers as required.
  • Support the Sales Director, V.P. Sales and V.P. Operations as needed
  • Prepare / distribute various weekly and monthly reports
  • Coordination of event planning for company meetings, training, customer events, etc.
  • Coordinate marketing material collection (video/pictures/content) for sales promotion on multiple media channels.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for management individuals and division team members.
  • Coordinate, order, distribute and manage inventory of team apparel and promotional items.
  • Other duties may be assigned as business needs require.
