About The Position

We are looking for a talented Executive Recruiter to join our Cummins Inc. team. The position will have the ability to work remotely in the United States, traveling approximately 10-15% of the time.

Requirements

• Director-level and above leadership talent attraction and acquisition experience.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders.
• Experience delivering market intelligence and talent insights.
• Experience building and cultivating diverse executive talent pipelines.
• Experience with talent assessment, data-driven recommendations, and strategic consultation.
• Experience managing executive candidate experience.
• Experience driving offer negotiations and closing strategies.
• Experience championing governance, confidentiality, inclusive practices, and search excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive search strategies that attract and secure exceptional Director-level and above leadership talent aligned to business priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate organizational objectives into targeted executive hiring and succession plans.
• Deliver market intelligence and talent insights that strengthen workforce planning and inform critical leadership decisions.
• Build and cultivate diverse executive talent pipelines that support both immediate hiring needs and long-term growth.
• Influence hiring outcomes through rigorous talent assessment, data-driven recommendations, and strategic consultation.
• Elevate the executive candidate experience through proactive engagement, thoughtful communication, and high-touch relationship management.
• Drive successful offer negotiations and close strategies that improve acceptance rates and secure top executive talent.
• Strengthen executive hiring consistency by championing governance, confidentiality, inclusive practices, and search excellence across the organization.
