Requirements

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting — source, screen, submit, and place top talent
Build strong candidate pipelines through outreach, referrals, social media, and community engagement
Partner closely with sales and account teams to fill roles and proactively market candidates
Guide candidates and clients through the interview and hiring process from start to finish
Coach talent throughout assignments — supporting performance, engagement, and retention
Maintain consistent communication through quality check-ins and relationship management
Support operational processes like onboarding, compliance, payroll/timekeeping, and documentation
Keep systems up to date and ensure a smooth experience for both talent and clients
