About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to support hiring efforts within Workplace Health & Safety. This role is heavily focused on sourcing Director and senior-level leadership talent across a national network. The ideal candidate will bring strong executive sourcing expertise, the ability to engage passive talent, and a high-touch approach to candidate management. Role is 100% onsite in Seattle, WA.

Requirements

5-6+ years of recruiting experience, including full lifecycle recruiting
Proven success sourcing and engaging Director and executive-level talent
Strong passive sourcing skills and experience using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
Ability to effectively evaluate and qualify senior-level candidates
Comfortable working onsite and collaborating closely with a recruiting team

Nice To Haves

Experience in Workplace Health & Safety, operations, or related fields is preferred

Responsibilities

Proactively source and engage passive Director and senior-level candidates across the U.S., with a focus on Workplace Health & Safety and related functions
Manage full lifecycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
Conduct in-depth candidate qualification calls to assess leadership experience, alignment, and readiness for executive-level roles
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines
Prepare candidates for interviews by setting clear expectations and ensuring alignment throughout the process
Track pipeline activity and provide regular updates on progress toward hiring goals
Support a hiring target of approximately 3–4 hires per month within a fast-paced environment
