About The Position

Parsons is looking for an Executive Recruiter to join our team. As the Executive Recruiter for Parsons’ Federal business, you will have the opportunity to impact the growth and culture at Parsons by leading executive search strategies that result in attracting and hiring the industry’s top leaders into critical roles. You will partner with senior leaders and develop creative recruitment solutions that identify high caliber technical and functional leaders within a competitive market to join Parsons. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition, this position is a critical role that will be consistently, effectively and passionately communicating Parsons’ value proposition. This position can be located anywhere in the US with the ability to work across multiple time zones.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of Recruiting experience with at least 5 years of direct experience in life cycle Executive Recruiting
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Executive compensation requirements, including STI and LTI market values
  • Strong organizational skills with successful experience in managing multiple, critical searches simultaneously
  • Clear understanding of US employment laws and federal requirements, to include compliance experience with OFCCP, trade compliance, post-government employment, and other COI considerations.
  • A BA/BS in HR, Communications, Psychology, Business or equivalent degree.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic consultant to senior leadership in defining and shaping talent global strategies that support growth, business demands and embrace our DEI initiatives.
  • Educate senior leadership on market insights, competitive landscape and industry trends.
  • Elevate the candidate experience by developing deep relationships with external talent for current and future participation in the recruitment process as a candidate.
  • Establish effective sourcing strategies to attract active/passive, senior, critical and diverse talent from a variety of channels and communities using a multitude of research techniques.
  • Communicate our employee value proposition to senior executives and C-level candidates while influencing and closing key talent to join Parsons.
  • Ensure regular and frequent communications with all stakeholders.
  • Collaborates across global talent acquisition, as well as with key stakeholders across the organization, to drive operational excellence and team engagement that results in comprehensive solutions for senior leaders and candidates.
  • Provide metrics and analysis to support decision making, as well as provide regular and ongoing status.
  • Advocate for both Parsons and candidate throughout the recruitment/hiring process; establish regular touchpoints and provide diligent follow through resulting in an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Collaborates with Talent Leaders and senior leadership to weave succession plans, gaps and DEI strategy into our executive recruitment strategies.
  • Provide recruiting support to HR and other sensitive functional positions, as required.
