About The Position

The Executive Receptionist is responsible for representing the company and executives to handle administrative and reception support. This role involves coordinating on-site meetings, greeting visitors, answering questions, directing phone calls, and providing administrative support to various departments. The position also requires assisting with special projects and performing executive tasks, including personal errands and administrative duties for the CEO, which may require the use of a personal vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed). The role demands discretion in managing confidential personal and professional requests on behalf of the CEO. Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Products.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
  • Must have personal vehicle available to complete executive tasks as needed.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Executive Assistants to coordinate on-site meetings including set up and clean up.
  • Greet visitors and guests and direct/escort to appropriate locations.
  • Answer questions for guests and direct phone calls to appropriate department representative.
  • Provide additional administrative support for departments including but not limited to coordinating on and off-site meetings, activities and facility requests.
  • Assist with special non-recurring and ongoing projects.
  • Will require executive tasks from time to time in personal vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed).
  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels including Executive Management.
  • Coordinate and complete personal errands and administrative tasks for the CEO.
  • Provide executive support to the CEO, including handling personal errands, appointments, and special projects.
  • Manage confidential personal and professional requests on behalf of the CEO.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
