This role involves coordinating on-site meetings, greeting visitors, answering questions, directing phone calls, and providing administrative support to various departments. The position also requires assisting with special projects and performing executive tasks, including personal errands and administrative duties for the CEO, which may require the use of a personal vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed). The role demands discretion in managing confidential personal and professional requests on behalf of the CEO.
