Executive Protection Specialist
About The Position
The Simon Agency is seeking experienced Executive Protection Specialists to join the Operational Readiness Network (ORN). ORN is a network of vetted and prepared protective professionals ready to support executive protection operations for a variety of high-profile clients, including corporate executives, public officials, legal teams, and family offices. Membership in ORN means being identified, vetted, credentialed, and operationally prepared for potential assignments. Members are considered for assignments based on client needs, qualifications, licensing, location, and availability. This is an ongoing recruitment effort to build and maintain operational readiness, with qualified applicants considered for current and future opportunities.
Requirements
- Exceptional professionalism and integrity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent situational awareness
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Valid driver's license
- Legal authorization to work within the United States
- Ability to travel as operational requirements dictate
- Executive Protection experience
- Federal, state, or local law enforcement experience
- Military service
- Corporate security experience
- High-profile event security experience
- Dignitary protection experience
Nice To Haves
- Current state security licenses
- HR218 / LEOSA credentials (where applicable)
- CPR / AED certification
- Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC/TCCC)
- EMT or Paramedic certification
- Protective Intelligence experience
- Protective advance planning experience
- Incident Command System (ICS) training
- International executive protection experience
- Valid passport without travel restrictions
- Foreign language proficiency
