About The Position

Crisis24 – Private Strategic Group (PSG) is seeking a mission-driven protector to serve as an Executive Protection Agent. This role is a critical component of our executive protection and emergency response framework, operating with precision and professionalism to ensure the safety of personnel, property, and proprietary information. The agent will provide a visible, reassuring security presence, act as a first responder to security threats, monitor physical security infrastructure, produce detailed incident reports, assist in field operations, enforce company policies, execute emergency protocols, conduct area sweeps and surveillance, and collaborate with other security teams.

Requirements

  • Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST) experience.
  • Active PERC and FOID licenses
  • U.S. Passport & Driver’s License
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Physical Readiness Test (PRT) & Meet-and-Greet evaluation
  • Background Investigation & Random Drug Screening
  • Command presence and confidence under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Tactical awareness and emergency response capabilities
  • Physical readiness and mental resilience
  • Discretion, integrity, and professionalism

Nice To Haves

  • Prior military, law enforcement, or ERT experience
  • Specialized training in crisis management, emergency medicine, or incident response
  • Completion of Executive Protection or Residential Security Academy
  • LEOSA/HR 218 or multi-state CCW permit
  • CPR certification
  • EMT license
  • Familiarity with Corporate and/or Residential Security Technologies, Tools and Processes

Responsibilities

  • Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client’s office suite.
  • Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks, cameras, access control systems to ensure operational integrity.
  • Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership.
  • Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage.
  • Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority.
  • Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests.
  • Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.
  • Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations.
