Requirements

Experience in Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST).
Level III & IV licenses for the state of TX.
U.S. Passport.
Driver’s License.
High School Diploma or GED.
Completion of Executive Protection or Residential Security Academy.
Pass Physical Readiness Test (PRT) & Meet-and-Greet evaluation.
Pass Background Investigation & Random Drug Screening.
Command presence and confidence under pressure.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Tactical awareness and emergency response capabilities.
Physical readiness and mental resilience.
Discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

Nice To Haves

Prior military, law enforcement, or ERT experience.
Specialized training in crisis management, emergency medicine, or incident response.
LEOSA/HR 218 or multi-state CCW permit.
CPR certification.
EMT license.
Familiarity with Corporate and/or Residential Security Technologies, Tools and Processes.

Responsibilities

Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service.
Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client’s office suite.
Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks, cameras, access control systems to ensure operational integrity.
Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership.
Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage.
Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority.
Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests.
Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.
Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations.
